1. Nature of Services
ClearPath Consulting provides documentation structuring services. These are intangible and customized for each client. As such, once a service is initiated, refunds are not applicable. Clients are advised to review service outlines before confirmation.
2. Pre-Service Communication
All project scopes and pricing are clearly communicated before work begins. Clients have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. Once agreement is made and the work is started, the service is considered engaged. This policy supports process stability.
3. Issue Handling
If an issue arises with the received deliverables, clients may contact us for clarification. We aim to resolve concerns using a structured, non-escalation-based process. No financial compensation is provided, but adjustments may be made where needed. Each case is handled individually within the defined service framework.
4. Limitations
This policy does not extend to services not initiated or requested outside of standard procedure. Refunds are not granted for user error or dissatisfaction unrelated to structure delivery. Clients must review all details provided prior to engaging the service. Questions are welcome before final confirmation.
5. Change Requests
Post-delivery change requests are reviewed individually. Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of changes. ClearPath reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the original scope. Clients will be notified of any applicable fees beforehand.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Clients are notified when deliverables are ready for handover. If no objections are raised within five business days, delivery is considered accepted. No changes are processed after acceptance unless agreed separately. This maintains clarity in workflow.
7. Refund Conditions
Refunds are not processed for dissatisfaction based on style, expectations, or interpretation. Services are clearly outlined to prevent ambiguity. Our responsibility is limited to the structure as delivered. Any refund claims must be based on documented discrepancies.
8. Contact and Dispute Resolution
Clients may contact us for any clarification about refund eligibility. Disputes are addressed through internal communication and documentation review. We do not process disputes through external forums. All inquiries should use the contact below.
